CNC PLATE MILLING (1825NC)

The CNC Plate Milling (1825NC) offers high-precision, CNC-controlled milling for large-format plates, delivering uniform thickness, excellent flatness, and repeatable accuracy. Designed for efficient pre-machining, it enhances downstream grinding accuracy while reducing cycle time and material waste.

  • Maximum Plate Size: 1700 mm × 2800 mm
  • Accuracy: ±50–100 microns
  • Surface Finish: Ra 1.6 – 3.2 μm (as-milled)
  • Application: Surface preparation before grinding

DUPLEX MILLING

Our duplex milling machine enables simultaneous machining on opposite faces, ensuring excellent parallelism, flatness, and dimensional accuracy. It is ideal for precision plate preparation prior to grinding, significantly reducing cycle time and improving consistency

  • Machining Range: 20 × 20 mm to 1000 × 1000 mm

SURFACE GRINDING

Our surface grinding process delivers high-precision flatness and superior surface finish for large alloy and tool steel plates. Using rigid grinding machines and controlled parameters, we ensure consistent accuracy across the entire working area, making plates ready for critical tooling and precision applications.

  • Surface Finish: Ra 0.6 – 0.8 μm

SAWING

Our sawing facility is designed to deliver fast, accurate, and reliable cutting of alloy steel, tool steel, and engineering steel. Equipped with advanced horizontal bandsaw technology, we ensure precise cuts across a wide range of material sizes while minimizing material wastage. Every cut is carried out with a focus on dimensional accuracy, operational efficiency, and consistent quality, providing the ideal starting point for downstream machining processes.
